Ingredients: pasta broken, 250 g flour, 125 g. of butter, salt and water in proportion.

For the stuffed: 5 heads of garlic, 200 g. fresh or salted bacon, 300 g fresh pecorino cheese type raveggiolo well drained and squeezed, 3 eggs, 80 g. of raisins, 1 ten of saffron stigmas, If the bacon is not salty or it is not enough, mixture of powdered spices, 1 teaspoon each of: cloves, nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger, pepe.
Prepare the dough a few hours before or even the night before, and store it in a cool place.
Peel the garlic and cook in boiling water for ¼ hour.
Drain and soak in cold water.
Crush the garlic cloves cooked and add the cheese, bacon, chopped, the spices, saffron, eggs and raisins washed.
Mix to obtain a smooth dough.
Roll out the dough and foderarne a pan pastry.
Pour the filling, a second cover sheet by closing the edges.
