Found in Turkey a stele with Engraved Greek Poetry

A team of archaeologists at work at the Mausoleum Hecatomnus in the area of Mugla Milas in Turkey, she unearthed a few weeks ago stars engraved with a poetry in trochaic catalytic tetrameter, which represents the longest Greek composition on stone found so far.

It's about 124 lines of text that scholars suppose written in honor of a sovereign.

The find dates back to an era between the end of the 4th century. a.C. and the beginning of the third century. a.C.
