The ancient Greeks called it artolagano, we could call it a kind of White pizza perfect to accompany many dishes: below the recipe.
Ingredients: 1/2 Kg. made with flour, 25 gr. of yeast, a few tablespoons of olive oil, 100 gr. lard, a bit’ White wine, a bit’ of milk, salt and pepper to taste.
Crumble the yeast into the milk and lard, then add salt, pepper and add all the flour.
Put the mixture into a suitable container floured and let rise in a warm place.
When you will see that the volume of the dough is roughly doubled, deflate it and add oil.
Let rise again, deflate the dough again and deponetela on an oiled baking sheet allow to rise for the last time.
